Help! Coil buzz on my P5W DH!!

Hey guys!!

I'm close to getting crazy!!

Today I removed my E6400 from my P5W DH to take some pictures (I wanted to sell it)...I just removed the CPU cooler, took the CPU off, cleaned it, took pictures, and put it back in!!

First it came up with some strange crashed when loading windows, so I removed the CPU cooler again, re-seated the CPU, and it loaded up fine...

Then I wanted to test the max. speed using default voltage, I started "Orthos", and one of the "coils" started to make some very loud noise!! It's one of those "resistors" just above the onboard WLAN card (right above the S-ATA header there), it says "TRIO R47" on it!! It's some black resistor/coil or whatever...

Everytime I load up Orthos, it starts making that noise! it's not a little "buzzing", it's louder than the fans in my case!!

I tried pushing that thing (it's terribly hot => maybe because there's no airflow there (I'm watercooling my rig)), that reduces the noice a bit, but doesn't make it go away!

What can I do?!?!

I turned the rig off, and pushed hard against that thing to "bend" it a little bit, then one part of it fell off!! But the mainboard still works!! It's some metal stuff to increase the coil's inductivity (some dielectricum) I was told...

Anyone else ever got that problem?!?!

Will it help if I put some "super glue" or some 2-component epoxyd-resin on that thing??

Thanks for your help!!

My PSU is an Enermax Liberty 500W!! But what does it have to do with it? I even dunno why it started making that strange noise, I just swapped the CPU out, an then in again...
Yesterday I bought some hot glue and "super glue" and glued it all over...today I'll test if the humming and buzzing is still there..

Here's a picture of the P5W DH, I marked the part red that fell off (it's not my board, I used a picture from the internet, becaue I have none of my board here at work):

Well, I just came back from work and tried how the hot glue will stop it from buzzing!!
But it didn't work as good as expected, that thing gets too hot, the hot glue gets liquid again!!! So I had to remove it all!!

I now used some silicon on it (good luck I had some black silicon left, looks a lot better than the white/non-coloured stuff!!

I hope that it'll stand these high temperatures there...

any more hints are welcomed!!

Well, I doubt that they'll return that board!! They must be very blind not to see that I modified it a bit!!

But I got some good news, the silicone I used seems to stand the high temperatures, and removed the buzzing!! I will do some more tests (because there are different "buzzings" when different test are used), but all the test I did now worked fine!! I'll test some 3DMark and games later!!

Thanks so far for your help!!
