Help choosing case!

My budget: ~$150

Requirements:

-PSU mount on bottom
-Large enough for 5870 (perhaps 5970)
-Good (great) airflow
-Not too flashy (I don't mind a led fan or two, but multiple colors or "extreme" case designs I'm not too fond of)
-Decent cable management options. (None of that "hiding extra cables under the DVD drive" nonsense. 😛 I can't afford a ≥ 750 watt modular PSU)

Preferences (Not critical but appreciated):

-Mid-tower height (Especially because most USB ports and Power buttons are on top these days)
-Black interior (So sick of gray...)
-No door (superfluous IMO)
-Removable MB Tray

Right now I'm using an NZXT Apollo, and I'd like something a bit more... elegant but it's not of huge importance. Performance is much more important to me than looks, as long as it isn't overbearing.

My first two options:

- NZXT Tempest $110 + S&H (Nice and roomy, definitely larger than my Apollo, A little too flashy but not a deal breaker, AMAZING airflow, Nice angular design.)

- Cooler Master HAF 922 $100 (also roomy, not as flashy as tempest, airflow not quite as good as tempest but far better than Apollo, Nice industrial look, Large quiet fans + option to add more, lacks a side panel window in favor of a mesh grate, could be a problem with dust.)

What do you guy's think? Any other recommendations?

I second the Antec 902. My brother has one, and it suits him just great. It should fit into your budget with no problems. It's black (not gray you hate) and presumably has great airflow.
