I can't make up my mind. Once I decide on one, and look over at the other and am back in the middle again. I love to see detail in games, even if my FPS is around 40-50... That's partly why I am leaning towards the 128mb. However, I love cash too, and going with a 64mb could save me $33...

What do you think?

Well let's see what you have here...
64mb versions:
8500 LE
8500 Retail
8500 OEM
8500 DV (AIW)

128mb version:
8500 LE
8500 (AIW)

All these have different core and mem clock speeds, which will make a
factor in the gaming area. Also that bump to 128mb will do the same!

So I say spend the $33 and get the 128mb version, preferrablly the 8500LE.
It's only LE cause the normal clock for the 64mb one is higher but the AIW
128mb version is usually lower than others also. I have a 8500dv (64mb)
and it's the lowest of all the clock speeds for the 64mb (if I remember right)

go with the 128, you'll avoid the urge to upgrade longer and hence save more money...

go with 128.

i have read some review, the 128 version is about 10% faster and can run smoother than 64 version, which it seems radeom8500 has optmized to run better on 128ddr

Get the 128 MB card unless it's much higher than the 64 MB one.

You'll see a clear and visible performance difference in both today's and tomorrow's games.
