help choosing between asus 9280 or 8420 geforce4 ti4200

I am going to make a choice between two cards and having a tough time figuring out which is better. I am trying to choose between the asus ASUS V9280TD geforce4 ti4200 and the ASUS V8420 Geforce4 Ti4200. I seen lots of reviews on the 8420 and it seems like it has faster ddr ram and its already overclocked. Price wise from newegg the 9280 is $145 and the 8420 is $142. My specs. P III 1.0 ghz with 768 mgs of ram no AGP 8X not even sure if its agp 4x?? I currently have a geforce 2mx 440 pci with 32mgs of ram. Thanks.

if what i think is true then the 9280 is based on nV28 and the 8420 is based on nV25. The only differance is agp8x suport for the former. there maybe differant memory speeds, but i reccommend which ever is cheapest. i got the v9280, BTW i have to admit its a good card, but i would trade it for a geforcefx 5800 in a secound.
