Help choosing audio components!!!

OK, so I chose a $67 Logitech Z640 speaker system but I cant decide on sound card. The Audigys are still expensive but I want a sound card with EAX Advanced HD (or EAX 3.0), are there any other sound cards that support EAX 3.0??? Thanks!

BTW, is EAX 2.0 the same as EAX Advanced HD? Or am I missing something?

EAX Advanced HD = EAX 3. Your choices are an Audigy or an Audigy2.
