Help choosing an AMD setup

Hello All!

I'm looking to buy an Opteron 165 CPU to upgrade from my Intel P4 2.4C. I need help choosing a motherboard that will support that CPU and DDR400. Preferably, I'd like to spend as little as possible, but guarantee reliability.

Any suggestions?
