Help choosing a video card

I am building a pc for a friend of a friend. I am using the IWILL KK266 Plus MB with an Athlon 1.4ghz processor. He does a lot of auto cad and needs a decent video card. He wants a 64mb card for under $200. I am out of the loop on what would be a good choice for him, any idea's? I will probably install win98 on this pc.
