I am using a Iomega Zip650 CD-RW and cannot copy audio files from another cd.
I can burn MP3's and data disks perfectly. Originally I used Easy Creator 4.02d, which would freeze up during the initial stages of "testing resyncing". I thought it might be the software, so I uninstalled it and loaded Nero. I still have the same problem, Nero starts to read the audio CD, then freezes. Again copying MP3's is no problem.
I'm using a new 52x speed CD-ROM, I disabled the auto-correction. The CD-ROM and CD-RW are on seperate IDE channels with DMA disabled. My hard drive is on IDE 3 HPT370 (SCSI).
Could the HDD setup be giving me the problem? Any help is greatly appreciated.
