Help! CD Burner Problems

I've been trying to burn stuff and am getting a Medium Error. It's a NEC 3500 dvd/cd burner (i think) and the program is EZ CD Creator. Never had problems before today. Anyone know what I should try? I restarted my computer and tried another burn. It got to like 40% and then the error came up
