GPU- gtx 980ti
Cpu- i7 4790k
Board- Maximus 7 Hero
Cooling- NZXT kraken x61 (CPU)
RAM- 32 GB (4 X 8) HyperX fury DDR3
Power supply- Corsair RM 850 W 80+ Gold
Case- NZXT NOCTIS 450 Black/Red
Storage: 1 500GB hyperX savage SSD
Seagate barracuda 2 TB HDD

So I built this PC a little while ago and the stock chassis fans were working fine, the case has a built in PWM fan hub to plug all fans into, including CPU fans, and I downloaded the NZXT CAM controller, and suddenly all chassis fans shut down and then my cup fans were making a weird click noise sort of every 2 seconds, but cpu and GPU fans work fine, but when I go into BIOS, I can't alter chassis fan speeds and it says all four chassis fans are N/A, and they won't turn on

Heya. I would wager it has something to do with the CAM software. If I'm not mistaken, the x61 has a USB header that links the pump/fan control to the software. That your other chassis fans that aren't directly connected to the x61 assembly are shutting down is odd though.

The first thing would be to confirm that you've actually got everything wired up as the instructions say. Before you do any physical troubleshooting, you may want to play around with the CAM settings to see if you can't get it to work that way.

If that's no help, then I would suggest taking everything off the USB header. The pump wire (should be a basic 4-pin fan connector) should be plugged into the CPU fan header on the MB, then the radiator fans should be plugged into any other free fan headers on the MB. That should allow you to narrow down where the problem is. If the pump and fans all run fine, then there may be something specifically wrong with the USB connector, etc.

Hope that helps you get started.
