HELP Car amplifier kenwood jac-7201 800 watt no output

Have the mentioned amplifier that I have had hooked up before, in the same manner I do now and it was working fine. Now I have power and the power light is on, but the fan is not turning on and there's also no speaker output. It's not the power supply the remote or the ground.I am at a loss as to what it could be. The fuses are fine everything set up properly. Please help

Shot in the dark, but have you checked the transistors or op amps? If fuses are ok then just work your way down the circuit. Scope or multimeter might come in handy, just play a tone on it while probing. I'm no expert though, but that's where I would start.

It's also too bad we don't have a car forum.

I have a muti meter. But I am not experienced in working on electronics. What would I set the multi meter to, and what voltage am I looking for. I think I could follow the circuits. Also there seems to be some discoloration at the doddering under what I understand to be the actual amplifying box in the circuit board. But it doesn't look much different than other spots, and it doesn't have the "burnt" electrical smell.
