HELP - Can't load linked pages, or url links from the forums or email???IExplorer

When I am in email or even trying to get a link from a thread here, it will not find the site. It will open a window, but it does nothing, not even an error. My service was down yesterday, but it is back up today. They were having dhcp problemns they said. So morpheus worked and msn messenger, but no internet. Unless you new the numerical adress or ftp. Any one got any ideas.

EDIT
I know its someting to do with the program and not the internet connection, I tried another computer and it works fine.
