HELP. can't install Windows 98

If it's got 98 (original) on it and you want 98se. Just reformat and install 98se.

If that win98se disk that came with your pc is a "reconfiguration disk" it will already have the drivers on it.

If it's just a regular win98se disk, the other driver disks s/h/b included with your pc.

If your pc shipped with win98se on it, the disks that were included will have mobo/vid card drivers for win98se, NOT win98 (original).

After you get 98se on it, run aida32 (I linked it above). It will tell you what compnents you have in there. Then go get the updated drivers for the video and chipset.
