I have tried everything I know to do. When I install my card, my computer will hang up at the starting windows 98 screen and just lock up there. I have to pull the cord to get it to shut off. pull the card out and it boots up to safe mode because windows didnt fully load. shutdown and restart windows loads. I have autoescd disabled in bios. I have tried it both ways. I have PCI bus IRQ Routing Disabled In windows. I done this to free up IRQ, which IRQ 9 Is not being used by anything now. Still cant get past startup screen
My last ditch effort will be to reformat with card installed? unless someone else has any ideas. this card is the pinnacle TVPC pro pci

DFI mobo AK 74 latest via drivers installed
Duron 650
256 mb pc133
voodoo3 2000 pci in slot 1
SB X-gamer slot 2
slots 3,4,5 empty
diamond supra 56i SP ISA card in slot6
I also tried moving the SB and TVPC PRO card in different slots to no avail. I even removed the SB card and it did the exact same thing
