Hey everyone, I'm a newbie to overclocking and I appreciate these forums for helping me so far. I've succesfully overclocked to 3.2ghz with my e6750 on a p965 - ds3 3.3 with 2gb OCZ ddr2 800 ram. My entire rig is in my siggy. I have tried increasing voltages all the way to 1.4500V but at 8x425 I still can't get my system to boot. Any suggestions? It'd be appreciated.:brokenheart:

memory...everyone always forgets that your memory will be overclocked too. you need to relax the timings if it's not working. Try 5-5-5-15 then maybe more voltage. Make sure you have the ratio set correctly too.

Set Vdimm to 2.2V, 1:1 memory ratio with 5-5-5-18-2T timing, and Vcore to 1.48. Run memtest86 (test #5 for 20 minutes). If okay, then raise FSB by 3MHz and retest. If okay, then boot to windows and test for 10 minutes under Orthos Large mode.

your rig is not in your sig. Man, I thought that I was having e6750 problems... an e6600 is probably better on a p965 mobo imho b/c they don't seem to be quite as fsb-friendly.
