HELP can't enable Directx 10.1 in STALKER CLEAR SKIES

I have no idea why, i'm running Windows 7 with a ATI Radeon 6970 2MB and i have the latest Directx 11 installed.

Also i'm using the Complete Mod with this.

Anyone have any ideas or run into this? At the moment it looks like i'm stuck with using Directx 9 to run the game. I can put everything on it's highest settings but still would prefer to run in Directx 10.

OMG ignore this thread, totally my fault, i just noticed i had to enable DX10 in the screen before the one i was looking at first, DOH
