Help, can't disable Read-Only in folders

I'm trying to convert some MP3's in Music Match. I did it successfully yesterday. Now when I try it, I get an error message saying my folder is read-only. Sure enough, all my folders are read-only. I went into properties and unchecked it, but when I look again....still read-only! Yes, my account is the administrator.
