help, can't delete printer in XP

I had 2 copies of my local printer in xp pro. I went to delete one and it won't go away, it's status says deleting, but it won't go away even after rebooting.
I had this printer in my laptop (XP pro also) and i get the same problem when trying to delete it also.

is it a bug or a feature😉
