Help. Cant decide

I am using an AMD Athlon XP1800 with a GeForce 2MX 400 card. Though my current system is still able to lay games like COD & Tron 2.0 but I do face some lagging if I turn the graphic details abit higher so am thinking of changing the graphic card. I had a tight budget so I cant go for higher end cards such as FX5600 or Radeon 9600 Pro & above. I tried look for Ti4200 but its obsolete in my area/country. Am in Malaysia so I cant buy online. Please tell me which other cards will be most suitable for my system other than the higher end cards I mentioned. Is FX5200 or Radeon 9200 or Radeon 9600SE good enough?
