Hello Everyone,

I can't change my GPU clock settings. Default is 1070/1600 and I want to Downclock it to 1000/1500.

I use Windows 8.1

I tried Catalyst Control Center, MSI After Burner, Saphire Trixx but no matter how I did it it always stay same as 1070/1600.

I run them Administrator. I rebooted. Uninstalled/Reinstalled.

Any help or suggestion welcome,
Thanks in advance

Could it be that those boxes are merely reporting the max clocks, but in reality it is boosting up to only the clocks you specified? Enable Log to file, and then exercise your gpu and then look at the data. Does the actual data show readings above what you specified?
