Help...Can't bring up a web page.

i can't get to this web page. it comes up as a black screen and that's it. Nothing.
There are NO firewall programs running or anything else that may prevent the display of the page. This is the only page i've come across that i have this problem.

I'm running WinMe, and the latest IE5.5 (updated).
None of the setting were changed in IE.

 
You're not alone on this one! Opera 3.62 shows a "JavaScript execution failed" message. Looks like something is amiss with their php3.
