Help, can't access the other system when Tiny Personal Firewall installed...

Hi I just installed my system Tiny Personal Firewall. Since then, I can't access my other system that's on my network. However; I am able to access the system that has the Tiny Personal Firewall from the other system. So basically it can be accessed but cannot access the other system. So, does anybody know how to let my system access my other system?

I am using win 2000 on it.

edit: I just uninstall my Tiny personal firewall and I still can't access my network. I don't know what's wrong cause I already set the workgroup the same. It's weird cause it says network is not accessible.
