HELP - Can't access email in Windows XP Pro

Any suggestions? For the past week, I'm unable to access my email. Using Windows XP Pro and Outlook express. Any one had similar problems? Is it possible to reload Outlook Express without reloading Windows XP. THANKS!😕
 
what error message are you getting when you try to load your e-mail? Every once in a while my email gets jammed up, what I do to fix this is grab my mail from my second Pc and it seems to unjam it and it runs fine! I am thinking it has to do with my antivirus software!
 
When I click on the envelope icon, NOTHING. No error message, no noise etc. Had been working fine for months. I have a laptop and I can access email there. When I delete the excess messages, no help with my desktop. Anyone have any other suggestions?😕
 
FIGUERED IT OUT! Norton anti-virus was the problem. I disabled NAV and it works OK. This is the second problem that NAV has caused. If you have a strange computer problem and you're running NAV, disable it and see if it fixes your problem! 😉
