HELP!!! Can't access bios after changing memory to 2-2-2

ok, i wanted to try my memory to do 2-2-2 but when i rebooted the pc i just get these long beeps and the monitor has no picture

i have an a7v133 and in the manual it says the long beeps say there is no DRAM or it is not detected

the computer was working fine until i changed the timing on the memory

how do get into or reset the bios settings to default???

There is a jumper pretty much near the bios chip that has a jumper (check your manual for the exact location) and you need to move the jumper for about 30 seconds from one to the other, and then back to the normal position. You should really consult the manual that the motherboard came with, it should have that procedure in detail.
