HELP...cannot get s3 sleep to work on Intel 850GB

Hi everyone,

I have an intel 850GB board with p4 1.5 ghz running windows xp. Suspend to Ram refuses to work, I have tried changing the bios settings and reinstalling drivers. When I use the microsoft suspend test utility and told it to go to s3 suspend state, the system said it was preparing to standby and then shuts down. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong?
