[Help] Cannot display this video mode

My max video resolution is 1920x1080 , but if i set it on 1920x1080 , my monitor Goes black and give me a error: "cannot display this video mode change computer display input to 1920x1080@60hz"
I have
Nvidia Geforce 220 - All drivers are Updated
Philips 220E1SB/00 - Can't find drivers online
Monitor dosen't have HDMI just VGA
And before 10-12 months was all fine, i change windows once
Solution?
