HELP! Can some one give me a link or scan their Maximzer GFD Instructions?

I lost my instructions for my Maximzer GFD! I can't change my settings now and I haven't found an online one to print yet! Please help me out... thanks!

No I need the chart that has all the dipswitch settings on it. Their site has nothing about that on it.
