I worked in New York City 3 years ago and I only filed federal tax for that year. Can I still file the NYC tax now? Any information would help.....
 
Yes you can and you probably should. Just go to a tax preparer with your info and they will do it for you. There will probably be some minor penalties and interest, but the longer you wait the worse it will be.
