Help! C:\Program Files\ATI\ KEEPS POPPING UP!

I can't figure it out. Just randomly now whenever I reboot my computer, C:\Program Files\ATI starts up. I checked my REG_LOCAL_MACHINE and USER for all the Run & RunOnce, and my Startup, and I see NOTHING that has anything to do with it starting up.

Any idea WHY it is?

You don't have the folder when you turn off/restart the computer I am guessing right?

Well, can you just delete the folder? I had a folder that did that, I just got rid of it. The ATI drivers should be in your Windows directory anyway, so as long as you don't have like the DVD and all that installed (should be in ATI Multimedia directory anyway), you should be fine.
