Hi,

I just bought a canon i850 printer and the thing is awesome, but I have no photo paper and was wondering where was a good place where most of you go for the deals on stuff like ink and high quality photo paper. Thanks for the help.

PS sorry if this is posted in the wrong forum, but I didn't want to post it in the hot deals section like all the other noobs.

Well where else would this go? besides the off topic forum is where all of the etc. type posts are allowed. I'm sure someone else here wants to know the same.

I have a Canon s820 and I love the photo quality. I've tried using different brands of photo paper, but I noticed that Canon papers work best with it. I've used Canon Photopaper Pro 4x6 and 8.5x11 and the quality is amazing. I also used Kodak's paper and generic paper and although the quality is really good, it's not as good as Canon paper.

For photo paper, I'd check the local office supply stores such as http://www.officedepot.com/ , http://officemax.com/ & http://staples.com/ as they run specials all the time on photo paper. Since you own a Canon printer, I'd suggest looking for Canon photo paper or Kodak photo paper as these days the printers are make to produce the best results w/ their own brand paper and/or Kodak paper IMO. I hope this helps :)

I've been using some generic stuff I purchased at megatoners.com. It works well.
