help buying pc-3200

i just bought an Abit IC7-MAX3 and a P4 2.8 -E (1 mb L2 cache) and a western digital 36gb 10,000 rpm raptor serial drive

well i need PC-3200 to go in it and i'd like some suggestions

i want PC-3200 / ECC / Registered

the im lookin for a 512 chip right now and i'll buy another 512 chip later

price isnt a concern .. everything on your computer goes thru the ram so i want the best i can buy

another question ... can i put something better than 184 pin pc-3200 on this board? will it use the 240 pin or pc-3500 +++?
