help buy new combo

I'm about to buy processor and motherboard in 15k and wont get chance to upgrade atleast for another 2yrs.
I m a casual gamer and overclocker and use pc for regular activities.

I have Amd Phenom II X3 720 BE in my mind.(very impressive scores & reviews)
but unable to decide on motherboard.
Should i go for DDR3 or stick to DDR2.

Biostar TA790GX A3+ (ddr3 support) or
TA790GXB A2+ (ddr)

or shall i opt a gigabyte motherboard?

i'm from mumbai so also let me know the street prices if possible.

personally giga is better brand than biostar. either way DDR3 should be the choice for new builds unless you already got a few ddr2s laying around.

ok i have dropped idea for ddr3 n will settle for ddr2 now.

my dealer told he has TA790GXB but not TA790GXB A2+

is there such motherboard TA790GXB?

processor is fixed, x3 720BE for rs 7500/-

now suggest a motherboard for rs 700/-

something better than biostar or compared to it. But no asus plz.
