Help building a Windows MDE install disc set from Gateway restore disc's

Please help me

I have a donated Gateway tower that I would like to put to use. I do have the restore disc's and MS OEM sticker on the side of tower. I would like to do a clean install to avoid uninstalling all the Gateway junk. I created a Windows XP install disc from my XP PRO OEM disc and made the file changes needed to get the tower to pass activation during the install. The problem I am having is finding the files needed to create the second disc needed for MDE. Can somebody give an idea what to look for in the restore disc's or windows install the create the second disc needed for XP MDE.

Huh? What's a MDE disk? Never heard of that.
