1. What YOUR PC will be used for. That means what types of tasks you'll be performing.

Gaming - Mainly WOW and other MMO's - I want it to be capable of running everything on high - with the ability to carry itself with some near future games.

2. What YOUR budget is. A price range is acceptable as long as it's not more than a 20% spread

500 - 950

3. What country YOU will be buying YOUR parts from.

USA

4. IF YOU have a brand preference. That means, are you an Intel-Fanboy, AMD-Fanboy, ATI-Fanboy, nVidia-Fanboy, Seagate-Fanboy, WD-Fanboy, etc, etc, etc, you get the picture.

No preference. They all Have good and bad hardware out there

5. If YOU intend on using any of YOUR current parts, and if so, what those parts are.

Nothing

6. IF YOU have searched and/or read similar threads.

Nope

7. IF YOU plan on overclocking or run the system at default speeds.

Overclocking is ok if I can get more for my money with a cheaper processor.

8. WHEN do you plan to build it?

Asap

Antec NSK4480
Gigabyte GA-EP35-DS3L
Intel E7200
2GB DDR2 800
ECS 8800GTS 512MB
WD Caviar 640GB or Samsung Spinpoint F1 750GB
Samsung SH-S203B
Logitech G5
Logitech or Microsoft KB
Acer AL2216Wbd
Vista Home Premium

That's a funny looking 20% spread.

What theAnimal said, but swap the E7200 for an E2180 and overclock it.

Also, go research and read similar threads.

I haven't figured out whether people don't read the second part of that question, don't know what a 20% spread is, or don't care.

Sorry, I just didnt notice it. Is there anything else I can change if I am willing to spend 200 or so more? Sorry if i didint follow the rules.

Thanks "theAnimal" for all of your current help

If you want to spend a little more, you can get a nicer case and a Corsair VX450W power supply. Or a Benq G2400W LCD.

I'm just ragging on you, I wouldn't say you broke any rules. If you're interested in LightScribe you could get the 203N instead of the 203B. (That's a very minor change though.) Or the E8400 instead of the E7200. Honestly though, his build is pretty solid.
