Help building a computer from Mwave.com for about 200.

My dad needs a computer for about 200. I got the monitor, keyboard, mouse. So i need a CPU, Mobo, Case, Memory. I got a 10gb hdd, and a spare 20gb. Hard drive would be nice to added on. I will probably need a CDROM/ CDRW or whatever.

on board video, audio and network would be essential.

I can cut corners with the case, i got one alredy. I got a cdrw (older 10x hp that i hardly use). I got the floppy drives. Basically canabalising my old amd for parts. The case has a 300W PSU which should work. Though i could get a new case, cases arent expensive..

I want to buy it tommorow, go pick it up from mwave in the morning.
 
Does the PSU have an ATX12V cable, since many newer mobos use that? I assume you don't need any software within that budget.
 
i do believe it has teh 12v atx cable (that sweet 4 pin connector that i didnt have to use).

I priced something on mwave, about 140 for a celeryD 2.26, 512mb ram and a mobo with video,lan,audio,usb2.0 on it. I think that would do the trick for dad.
