HELP!! Buffer problem

I using the newest version which I think is 69 and when I started it after moving my computer it keeps saying Buffer is locked, waiting 10 seonds, failed to open failed for buffer-in.rc5, timeout waiting for buffer unlock.

How can I get this fixed?

From a command-line type dnetc -forceunlock <name of the buffer>.
To see all possible options type dnetc -help
