Help!! BSOD with A7V after fresh install of w2k

I was having problems so I reformatted and started from scratch. I run on:
A7V 1004c bios
1Ghz Tbird
Voodoo5
3comm network card
(2) 128mb infinieon ram

Right after I got done installing the v5 drivers I kept getting
"Page fault in non-paged area" bsod's. WHYYYYYYYY???

I have the lastest via 4-in-1's installed. 4in124a.zip

Any help would be greatly apprec.

try installing a different version of the V5 drivers.... and then upgrade to the current BSOD ridden ones.....
