HELP: Broken 370 ZIF Socket Tab on Shuttle AV18

My brother broke one of the 370 Zip Socket tab on his Shuttle AV18E (the clip that holds the HSF retension near the DIMM slots) when he tried to remove the HSF.

1. What should we do now?
2. Can I use Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive to glue the HSF to the CPU?
3. Do we have any other heatsinks that have triple-tab clip other than Taisol that I can buy it locally (San Jose)?
4. I don't know if Thermaltake Dragon Orb 3 with triple-tab clip can be use in this situation.
(Also, MB doesn't have 4 mounting holes for Alpha heatsink.)

You could use a Tasoil HS...? (models that have triple type clips) Or they do make a repair kit...?

1) Find a heatsink with triple clips
2) Buy a Golden Socket

Those are the options as I see them.
