I need to connect computers in one office to computers in another office approximately 40 yards away in another building. There is a direct line of sight between these two offices. Their respective windows face one another.
In Office A, I will have a Linksys WRT54G network setup for use with (1) Desktop and (1) Tablet PC. Office A is an storage room with inventory.
While working in Office B, the tablet will need to access the Wireless Network in Office A. I'm assuming some type of Access Point will need to be placed in office B to achieve this. What product will work successfully for this?
What is the general setup required to have this work seamlessly? Will the Access Point in Office B simply need to be powered on to allow the Tablet access to it?
Thank you for your help, I really really appreciate it!
