Help!! Booting problem

I have Dell Inspiron 530.

When I turn on computer, it shows dell logo and get stuck there. it won't boot windows.

If I push f12 and go to boot menu, and select the hard drive, it loads windows. Otherwise it won't detect the windows.

I tried to reinstall windows but it would not work.

Anyone has same experience and found the solution?

give me any advice... thank you

Enter the BIOS and make sure that the hard drive that has Windows on it is set as the first boot drive.

Enter the BIOS and turn off 'quiet boot' and 'quick boot', or anything that sounds like those. Doing so should get you an actual error message, if one exists.
