Ok,One of my computers is taking 30sec+ to get thorugh the welcome screen but it only does like 2-3 loading bars. I disabled everything from loading in msconfig,I defraged,Ran spyware nothign found I am baffled right now. How can I fix this

I'm not exactly sure what the problem is not knowing the specs or more specifics, but I'll take a crack at it.

Maybe your profile is corrupted or just large, you can try to set up another profile and see if it loads any faster.

If you go to control panel, system, advanced tab, startup and recovery settings you can edit the startup options file, though I have never done this personally and would google before attempting. (I think this is under the boot.ini tab in msconfig as well)

Let's see what others think...

Did you try booting into Windows in Safe Mode? If you could get into there properly try running a virus scan and a spyware scan to see if there is anything on your system.
