Help - Boot Disk Error?

Hi folks, I seem to have a weird problem here. I went in to disconnect the blowers in my case and somehow got this error afterwards. I figured it was a cord not plugged in right somewhere, but I've checked them all, so that isn't the problem. I had to unplug the system drive for a bit. Any idea what my issue could be?

If I restart it with the windows cd in, it works fine, but once I take it out, it gives me the "Disk Boot Error". Any solutions?
 
Bleh, that was easy, nevermind. Somehow after being unplugged for a bit, it reset the priority at boot up and this was the issue. Odd...Never had this happen before.
