Help! Bios displaying incorrect Harddrive size

This evening I tried to setup windows on my Western Digital 160GB drive and noticed that only 33Gb was available for partitian. I checked the Bios and it auto detected the HardDrive as a 33GB drive on both of my computer systems..

Prior to this my computer had no problems with this drive. The full capacity of this drive has always been available. I believe this problem may some how be linked to the WD Data lifeguard tools I ran before installing windows. I dont know what I did but I did something while setting up this drive. I'm really kicking myself for using that WD Lifeguard disk because I normally reformat from the windows XPBoot CD. Can this issue be resolved?
