Help! Best motherboard for $100 or less. :-)

Hi! I was wondering what the the best MB is for a Athlon-C 1.4ghz 266 FSB processor with PC 2100 DDR memory for around $100.

I wanna here from you experts who know this stuff!!

EPoX 8KHA+ right at $100, or Shuttle AK31A for $80 and some praise ECS K7S5A for $55 as well.

If you aren't overclocking, the ECS K7S5A is by far the best bang for the buck at around $55. With the money you save $30-$40 you could upgrade your processor to an xp+.

Ok guys! I'll look at the reviews and see what they say about these boards. Oh, I do have one more question, I see on Newegg.com that there is an EPOX- EP-8KHAL KT266A MB for $82. It looks like the same MB except for that it says, "NO OVERCLOCKING". I wonder if the soft menu is all that it doesn't have in comparison to the EP-8KHA+? If that is the only difference I might look that way. Let me know what anyone thinks!!
