Help - Baybus template??

I read somewhere that someone had created a template in a CAD program or something for all the holes on a Baybus. I just need some kind of template for the holes on the front of the 5.25 bay cover. Anyone know where I could find a printable template like this or a program that would let me create one?

If anyone out there is feeling extremely generous and has the means to do so, wanna make me one and email it to me? I would be eternally grateful.
