HELP battlenet problem

I can't get connected to battlenet. My internet connection(earthlink dialup) works fine...but every time I try to connect to battlenet it hangs, and then my internet stops working. I can browse the internet before trying to connect, but I can't after...any ideas?

I got on Battlenet fine here...
They had one small update.
Running zone alarm??

No, I don't have any firewalls installed...connecting to bnet works every once in awhile, but usually it just kills my connection..
