HELP: Backing-up Firefox Bookmarks

i'd like to save all my bookmarks and everything the way that i have them on xp whenever i upgrade. anyone know how to save all the bookmarks so whenever i install firefox on vista, i'll have it the way i have it now? can i just copy and paste the firefox folder from application data?
