HELP!!! AXIA stability issues

I have:
AXIA 1.333 CPU
Asus A7V133
Thermaltake Volcano II HSF.

The problem I am having is that the CPU is running above 50C idling, NOT OVERCLOCKED, default voltage. Did I mess up the heat transfer compound (arctic silver) or something? Is a VolcanoII just not cut out for this fast of a CPU?

Obviously once it gets that hot, I start having video corruption and eventually the system will not post until it cools down again.

HELP!!!

I have some kind of random Globalwin HSF on my duron that keeps it really cool, so I think I'm going to swap them right now and see what that does. I'm probably going to get a FSK38 or whatever they call that copper version of the FOP38 tomorrow.
