I have recently inherited an old Micron Millenia with mostly stock parts. In trying to get new drivers and get things up and running (Win 2k Pro main OS), I have a question regarding the graphics subsystem. The system has the Diamond V770 Ultra as a video card, which I seem to have running in a satisfactory manner. But, attached to it (via the "multi-channel port," I believe it is called) is an ATI DVD Decoder (PCI slot), at least that is what it is listed as by Micron. I have taken the P/N and check ATI to no avail. It seems to contain the ZiVA decoder chip, originally from C-Cube, but now apparently owned by LSI. SANDRA reports the "Product Device Name" as "ATI Technologies CinemasterC 3.0 DVD Decoder." The decoder card has S-Video, Video Comp, Audio (mini jack) and SP/DIF ports on the back of the card. I would like to use the card to output DVDs, and if possible, use it as a general TV video out.

I haven't been able to find information, drivers or help thus far. If anyone has any insight, it would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Matt
