Help: ASUS V6800 Deluxe can't run the 3DSysmark 2000 Benchmark test.

I just bought a new computer system which came with the ASUS V6800 Deluxe. I tried to run the 3DSysmark 2000 Pro's typical benchmark test but the program would crash everytime. Then I tried to run MS DirectX7a's direct draw test, but the ASUS V6800 failed the test as well. Then I ran the Sisoft Sandra 2000 Pro which shows that my graphic card support AGP 4X fastwrite but the feature is not enabled. Could this problem be due bio setting or driver? Please help.
